New Passport

For New, Lost or Stolen, and Damaged Passports

With Urgent Travel Within 14 Days
or 28 Days if Foreign Visa is required

You will be treated as a NEW Applicant if any of the following apply:

  • You are applying for your first U.S. passport;

  • Your previous U.S. passport was issued when you were under the age of 16 (valid for 5yrs);

  • Your previous U.S. passport has been expired more than 5 years;

  • Your passport is Lost or Stolen

  • Your passport is Damaged

It will be a 2-Step process to use our Expedited Hand-carry Services for NEW applicants. 

  1. Visit our office to fill out the necessary paperwork and leave with a complete packet to present to a Passport Aceptance Agent

  2. Visit a Passport Acceptance Agent to have your signature(s) witnessed and the documents sealed. Once sealed, simply return the packet to us.

 

* As a Passport Expediting Service, we are not an authorized Passport Acceptance Facility and, therefore, cannot witness signatures on new applications.

* Passport Card: For land border crossings and sea ports-of-entry to: Canada, Mexico, The Caribbean, and Bermuda. The passport card cannot be used for international air travel.

** Service Fees are in addition to Government Application and Acceptance Agent Fees.

Additional Information:

Adults 18 years and older:

  • Can sign application without parent or guardian present.

Children 16-17 years of age:

  • Applicant will be issued an adult passport valid for 10yrs .

  • At least one parent is required to accompany the minor to co-sign the application in front of a Passport Acceptance Agent. 

Children under the age of 16:

  • Requires consent of both parents. Please refer to CHILD'S PASSPORT  for full instructions.
